Der Aceto Balsamico Gold von Fattoria Estense ist ein Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP der Qualitätsstufe Gran Riserva. Ein wunderbar körperreicher Aceto Balsamico der Fattoria Estense aus Cogneto in der Emilia-Romagna. Ein Aceto Balsamico mit ausgeglichener Säure, dickflüssiger Konsistenz und einem guten Preis-Genuss-Verhältnis. Dunkle glänzende braune Farbe, harmonischer voller, samtiger Geschmack mit einem intensiven Balsamico Duft von eingekochtem Traubenmost und Holz. Eine echte Alternative zu einem Traditionale. Dichte: 1,34 - handwerklich hergestellt - ohne Zuckerkulör!

Wir verwenden den Aceto Balsamico Gold aufgrund seines vollen Geschmacks und seiner dickflüssigen Konsistenz zum Beispiel zu Tomate Mozzarella.

Aceto Balsamico Gold

Das Familienunternehmen Fattoria Estense hat sich auf die Herstellung von edlem Aceto Balsamico di Modena spezialisiert. Der Aceto Balsamico di Modena Fattoria Estense wird aus ausgesuchten Essigmischungen im Herzen Modenas traditionell handwerklich hergestellt. Manche dieser Essigmischungen lagern über 10 Jahre in Holzfässern in alten Gewölben und geben dadurch den verschiedenen Balsamicos von Fattoria Estense ihren einzigartigen Geschmack. Traditionell handwerkliche Herstellung auf Basis wohlbehüteter Familienrezepte. Jahrhunderte alte Essigkulturen dienen als Basis für die Produkte.

Der Aceto Balsamico Gold ist reift lang in kleinen Holzfässern und ist schon etwas dickflüssig, er überzeugt mit einer harmonischen Ausgewogenheit zwischen Süsse und Säure. Das sagt der Hersteller über den Fattoria Estense Gold: "Vollmundig und samtig verströmt er einen intensiven und balsamischen Duft nach Holz und gekochtem Most."

Die Reife wird bei der Fattoria mit Gold angegeben, welches zu Recht ein ausgesprochen gutes Preis-Genuss-Vverhältniss verspricht. Dunkle glänzende Farbe, leicht im Gehalt. Er strömt ein fruchtiges Aroma aus. Er wird nicht künstlich gefärbt, keine Hinzufügung von Zuckerfarbstoff. Wir verleihen diesem Aceto Balsamico 12 Sterne.
